Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) days of receipt of book order regarding approval and arrangements for requested returns. The return address will be provided to you at that time.
When emailing us regarding a return request, please include your order receipt as proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns are accepted for:
- Wrong book was shipped.
- Book was damaged upon receipt of order.
Returns will not be accepted on:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than three (3) days after delivery.
If return is due to wrong item being shipped or damaged item, seller will pay for return shipping.
If return is due to wrong book being shipped or book was damaged upon receipt of order, shipping cost for original order will be refunded.
If desired, it is the buyer’s responsibility to use or pay for a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three (3) days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
